Basic Cost to Care for a Cat or Dog Before Adoption

In order to provide the best possible care for each cat or dog before adoption many costs are incurred. These are the basic costs (no special need animals) to the RVHS to get an animal ready to be adopted.

* Each cat or dog is treated monthly so if their stay is longer the cost increases. These figures also do not include the cost of food or litter the cost of the cleaning the cat rooms and kennels and doing laundry.

Adoption Fee for a Cat is $65.00

Adoption Fee for A Dog is $100 and up

Adoption Feed for A Puppy is $120

As you can see Adoption Fees do not begin to cover the cost to provide an excellent standard of care. We thank you for your support helping to make it possible for these cats and dogs be ready for their new forever home.
